Local police, deputies from surrounding counties, state police, some of the Georgia national guard and a host of volunteers gather in a bunch of control centers to coordinate their search...

They waste no time. In less than an hour from the initial alert they are combing the forest and mountains...

they will search through dawn and most of the morning, shifts changing at noon and continueing into the night...

They will find many things... Caches of weapons hidden in the woods, dead animals by the dozen.. deer wolves, livestock.. everything. A few men and women living in the mountains are detained for questioning... Hillbillies, weirdos.. Sabbat ghouls, Revenants...

Its a setback, and it pushes two packs so far out they may have no choice but to loosen their hold on the city or be discovered.

The searchers find many things, but no sign of the little girl...

The search continues tonight, with police and volunteers entering the mineshafts in teams...

Eve will not be discovered, but the trailer will be... Someone obviously forced their way into it and made off with most of Statics homemade napalm and some of the less hidden weapons...

She can be sure law enforcement will return and soon...

Eve is not good as Collio, but she is handy.  A few surprises for law enforcement when they do return.  Along with cleaning up, good thing Static always wore those gloves when working like that.  

That done, she returns to town, with the key collio had left her.  Be nice to catch up with her again, besides,she could use a nibble.
