Most of the windows are blackened out, if not boarded up, and there is nothing particularly welcoming about the place. Few people are seen to come in and out of the lobby, which is opened by a key that fits the new lock in the security door. What it looks like inside is anyone's guess.

For those that live or are visiting (which goes through Sticky Eddie), its a simple place of apartments kept in decent repair. It's not as run down as one would think it would be from the condition of the exterior. The lights are almost always on in the hallway, as the daylight is always blocked out, keeping the world at bay. The top floors are residents or staff working at Sticky Eddie's, and they live in a hierarchy; the more important at the top, with most of the lesser paid living as communal flatmates, and those apartments closer to the lower floor are often used for entertainment (re: business) purposes.
