Many officers today are recieving marksmanship awards from their increased training.  Almost half of the entire force are receiving these awards, consisting of a plaque, a check, and a honey baked ham; all presented by the Govenor and Mayor.  A large list of names are in the papers of those who recieved the awards.

The Commissioner is very pleased, even the greenest recruits are showing promise. We will retake our violent city streets and we are well equipped to do so.
