The greying newscaster says as the video cues up. He thinks its irresponsible reporting to play something like this live, but the new producer says it has to happen...

*The camera angle wouldn't change through the entire thing...the tint to things, wouldn't shift or deviate in it's presence...why?  Because after the camera had been set up, and the angle was checked...there was no reason for it to do so...the man's eyes looked a bit swollen, puffy as he spoke..color, obscured by the tint...but probably a dark brown...greasy shoulderish length hair, thin lips and a nose that had been broken at some point in time...when he spoke to the camera...that bit of condesension that he'd had when all this started...was gone...he sounded broken...tearful...regretful....maybe even afraid.

"My name is William Montgomery I live at 3548 Main #7, in Sansfield, and I've done horrible things.  I sell drugs to kids, adults, mothers, fathers, I take peoples rent money and get them hooked on things...it doesn't matter what they want, I'm more worried about making a couple bucks than what happens to them.  I've walked away from people overdosing, I've stolen peoples dignity, and pride without a second thought.  I never thought it would come to this though.  None of it's as bad as what I did to Rick though, or those people.  See, I caught Rick with my girl a couple of weeks back...he was my best friend.  I couldn't believe he'd do that to me.  We fought, and I got rid of her...m'not gunna say how in case her folks are watching.  I couldn't let it go though.  I pretended to make up with Rick, so I could get back at him.  Told him everything was fine with us, 'bros before ho's' and all that...I told him she left me, after our first fight and I didn't care about it any more.  But I did.  I know it wasn't right.  Rick thought things were cool with us again, so when I told him I had a sheet I wanted to share with him, well...he didn't think twice..."  Tears were running freely down the mans cheeks at this point..."I drugged him first, got him unconscious...I needed some time to get him dressed up, thought it would be funny to watch him freak out...maybe even cut himself up on a bad trip...took him down here so no one would get in the way...I didn't realize there were going to be people there at first, we were down in the basement...and after I got half the sheet into his mouth...I told him the truth about what happened to my girl...only, when I realized there were other people in the building...I told him it was them that did it...things....they just got out of hand...he was too close to the explosion and...I couldn't stop him...I didn't want to get hurt...I'm sorry that so many people got hurt...I know it won't bring them back...I also wanted to say goodbye to my mom and dad, and tell Rick I'm sorry for getting him killed before I left, and I wanted you all to know that you did your best, and I'm sorry I made such a mess of things.  Hopefully by the time anyone sees this, I'll be on my way out of town and out of the country.  I can't go to jail again, I can't..."
