Throughout the day numerous blurbs have mentioned a surprising twist on the robbery a few nights ago with the draw to watch at 10 and find out what happened.

The camera focuses in on blondie who looks directly at it, addressing the audience like family, "And in a surprising turn of events it appears Sanfield has been the victim of some sort of foreign hoax to increase business. I was able to break this story and you will only hear about it here on your cities first station for the news," as it cuts to previously recorded footage.

Blondie is sitting in the hospital with a large sign of the hospital behind her, a man in good spirits and health across from her. Blondie looking at him in concern,"So Mr. DeClerk what exactly occurred the other evening?" The man smiles a bit,"Well I'm really ashamed to admit it, but the store had not seen the profits we had expected. Their was a successful advertising campaign in Holland that had just been done so we decided to try it here. It was a simulated robbery, but the consultants had not informed the actress that any of the blanks does discharge a copious amount of flash. It was all a simple error," as he tries to dismiss it as a prank gone wrong.

"But what about the police, were they informed?" He looks a bit sheepish, "I must admit it was my own mistake, I should have said something, I just never realized they needed to be called. It just slipped my mind..."

It cuts to footage of some news in Belgium of a nearly identical crime. It is voiced over in English and re affirms that indeed an entirely similar event had occurred there as well. There are numerous similar scenes involving bags of money, bills carelessly falling around the assailants. The report starts wrapping up as the camera pans to blondie again.

"So Sanfield you can rest easy, there are no cat burglurs prowling the night and no need for Inspector Clouseau to solve the crime here, unless you want to know where the wealthy decide to buy their rocks at," with a lighthearted laugh as she starts back the weather with the Asian guy.

"Ohhh, I bet he was sore about that, ehh," replies the weather man in a very slapstick way. "And now onto the cold front..."
