Strangely, Gand agrees to this suicidal arrangement. He narrows his eyes at Kara, bending down a bit to match her height and return the non-violent hostility from a mere half inch.

*She can't believe he actually agreed, she nearly asks 'what?', not sure she heard correctly, but after a heavy pause she realizes that he actually said yes to helping her.
