The Nosferatu moved through the night unseen ((Unseen Presence)) towards her first prospective location...she didn't even make it to the address before she found herself checking her list and looking towards the second location on her list. What could prompt such a choice so early? The neatly placed neighborhood watch signs peppering peoples windows and lawns. She would be comming and going as she saw fit, and the last thing the Nosferatu felt the need to subject herself to was the scrutiny of old biddies looking for an extra bit of gossip, or that excessive nosiness that would result in frequent reports to the police being made about the hours being kept in her haven. No...that wouldn't do at all...
She didn't mutter or whisper as she moved on to the next location, just silent goal oriented movement on her part...
The second location held a bit more promise than the first...
The neighborhood itself was spread out...tucked a bit further away from the hub of the cities night life. Spacious lawns...white picket fences...hopefully people that minded their own business. There weren't a great many street lights, a few cars dotted the curb, one with a tow notice..it could work...it would all just depend on the house itself.
Beaumont navigated her way still unseen through the neighborhood checking the house numbers until she found the little 3 bedroom deal with the for rent sign in the yard. There was a small chainlink fence that could use some repairs, no garage, but the windows near the base of the house allowed the woman to crouch down and look inside to confirm that there was in fact a basement in the building. She would have to double check to make sure it was near enough to the things below for an extension to be put on one of the tunnels...or a hasty exit. Her equipment would last much much longer here...A small nod to herself as she moved over the property for a few moments longer, watching the neighborhood itself in the lazy hours of the mornings...before she'd return back to her place below. She'd knock out the other two tommorrow. Perhaps tonight she could email the owner to discuss price. Really if something could be settled upon before, there was no need to look at the others at this point.
