Thomas was a bit shocked when the Regent wanted to meet him here... he didnt see this as really his type of place... Honestly thomas doesnt even like it that much... too many Neonates.

But hes here, Downstairs, the dance floor is just too much.

He stands near a pool table waiting.. watching as a college kid gets absolutely schooled by a grizzly looking old man.

 I enter and spot Mr. Arturo immediately, and walk over."Thank You for meeting me here on such short notice, something has come up that needs our direct attention. It seems the individual that Tommy pointed out has run afoul with the powers that be, and we would appreciate your assistance in bringing this person to bear." I am very pleasant and jovial in my demeanor, even smiling a bit.

'The little Blond?'

Thomas asks. Watching as the next college kid steps up to lose his drinking money to a grandfather...

'What did she do now?'

 "We are in a rather odd situation, I need to clearly identify her line. Whatever means necessary, I believe were Carter's own words. If it is possible we should find a quiet location and convince her she needs to appear. If it has all been a mistake then, I will apologize, such is the whim of the elders. We can not take any chances, new citizens are always suspect when an invasion is imminent. Especially when they act crazy, and do not share Malcav's blood. Will you assist me?" glancing over with a wondering gaze.

Thomas is quiet a moment, looking at the Regent out of the corner of his eye.

'Wouldnt the sheriff be more inclined to take on such a task?.. if she is.. well, an enemy.. who says her friends wont all follow her to our quiet little meeting?'

 "We should easily be able to handle her, and she should not be expecting anything. If she were to be accompanied we will just have to deal with them, we should not be in much danger, though if you would like to do this over at the Lucky Star I would be agreeable. It would allow us to easily prepare for any contingencies. Afterward, I will take her back for some interrogations. Give her a few months and she will tell me everything I wish to know. You would be quite amazed how willing a participant will be after you have ripped her arms from their sockets a few times, though it must be done slowly, to amplify the pain. I find it clears a great many things that would otherwise cloud her perception. The sheriff has no ability in such arts, unless you wanted her to spill everything because he asked nicely. You and I know he is much more capable as Carters hound."

A few people find a new place to stand when the well dressed Regent starts talking about ripping off arms repeatedly...

'Id rather not draw the enemy into my domain if possible. maybe an abandoned place.. with ghouls to cover the perimeter would be best.' Thomas suggests.. suddenly into this idea...

'But, my friend. I will be needing a favor in return for summoning the little blond for you.'

 Smiling, "What is a favor amongst allies. We are at war, if we do not act quickly we will lose this city and possibly our lives as well. What did you have in mind?" as he pulls out a fifty and waves it at the bartender. "Yes sir, my friend and I will have two martinis, very dirty. Oh, and keep the change."

'If the tide overwhelms us, I dont want to be in my casino when it does, if you catch my meaning..'

Thomas looks very serious. He cares more for his own skin than the city... there are plenty of other cities out there...

 "We can easily accommodate you and see to your continued safety, until you decide exactly where to go. We have a wonderfully well prepared compound. Though I myself feel it a bit premature to run up the white flag. Our enemy does not organize themselves well, and we still have many tricks up our sleeves. If worse comes to worse though we will not fall here, we will flee, and we have well planned routes should it come to that." agreeing with his opinion.

Thomas nods, satisfied with the answer. He picks up his martini as it arrives, raising it to the Regent.

'It never hurts to plan for the worst... Now, when shall i summon your little friend?'

 Grabbing the other martini, we toast,"To Long life" grinning as to the reference. "How is this evening, we would not want her to become too comfortable, Wherever we do this it should be somewhere she would not feel threatened. Though it might be for naught, maybe one of your lesser harpies knows her location. If we can avoid having to compel her unwillingly that would be preferred."

Thomas grins suddenly and wickedly.

'There is a condemned school building in the center of the park where she ripped apart those two men. Why not have her return to the scene of the crime?.. feels suiting to me. '

 "I'll give some of my friends a ring and they can meet us over there. Shall We" indicating the door. As I exit I will give the Chantry a ring telling them to send a few guards over, with shotguns.

Thomas makes a similar call to the Casino, for what he calls the perimeter team...
