Sam and the entire crew of The Outlaws roared outside of the Red Zone and stopped just short of invading. There they waited every damn one of them packing but all of them with their pieces pointed at the ground.

Sam motioned and they shut of their hogs. The wait was tense as Sam reined in his own beast again and shouted out,
"Yo! Tommy! Where the fuck are you?
I got a present for you!"

Brandishing guns and screaming at the outside of a very popular nightclub Sam and his crew are going to be very dissapointed.

Noone named Tommy identifies themselves, but plenty of people start running, screaming, calling police, remembering big Outlaw logos on jackets....

There was a shooting here less than a week ago. Almost as soon as the cellphones come out Sam and his wackey lackeys will begin hearing Sirens.

Sams entire Posse wont be hard to locate. Loud motorcycles and the fact he mobilized every last member, even the old bedridden guys, the drunks and people interrupted from fucking.

Police in this city are in war mode.

Though the cops are not able to over take the biker gang, they are able to keep up and remain in persuit.  They order the bikers to pull over, calling in air support to keep track of them.  The Red Zone was still being watched after the shoot out, and these bikers may have screwed everything up for them.

Sam and his crew will find themselves in a bad spot. Cops are following a dew dozen yards behind them, and up ahead they can see more.

The Red Zone was obviously under close guard, as is most of downtown. It looks like they have about half the precinct on them. And maybe a block to make a decision before they are surrounded.

The cops will surround and under gunpoint disarm and handcuff everyone roughly. They will have to call in a van or two to cart everyone away.

Ok, assuming no grand 'let them get close and...' plan you are all arrested and taken away. What kind of guns are you all carrying/any drugs/previous records?

a few rifles, the rest were pistols. Everyone has  a record but Sam's has been clean for 20 years.

Everyone will be held for the 24 maxiumum investigation period. If the guns are legal and theres no drugs thats all they can be held for. No big deal for the ghouls, But Sam will be counting down until sunup unless he can come up with something.

And of course the cities organized crime/gang unit will be serving a search warrant on the clubhouse.

Nope none of the stuff is kept there.
Sam will try to get a window seat to make it quick and clean.
