A face that has been missing for quite a long time...

Jillian appears to be back, and with as much charm and intrigue as ever..

She headed straight to one of her favorite spots, after the meeting with the Regent..

Dressed to the nines in a gorgeous black minidress, showing a lot of leg.. not so much cleavage, but the extremely low drape of the back makes up for that. On her feet, a pair of black stilettos. Her brown hair is pulled back loosely..

She enters the bar and looks around, a few steps toward the bar.

 You spot Valentine across the way playing a game of pool in a darker corner. He has a gorgeous brunette on the chair next to him, though he pays her no attention. Beside him is a Martini, half full and there is a cigar smoldering in an ashtray on the table next to her. Its his shot and he is looking at his options.

And of course he caught her attention first... her smile grows...

With a confident stride, oozing sex appeal, she saunters over to Valentine...

She leans onto his table, ignoring the brunette as well, and then speaks.

"Buy a lady a drink?"

 He glances up seeing her and gives a sly smile, "Who could resist?" waving his hand at the barkeep.

"So where have you been? I was almost ready to ask the Regent. Of course I'm not insane so I decided against it, but it has been a bit busy as of late."

A waitress comes over with a glass of wine, a nice vintage and a hint more red then a merlot. She smiles at you both and starts back toward the bar.

The brunette gets up saying something about seeing Tommy and powdering her nose as she leaves.

She actually waves her hand at the brunette, as if dismissing her.. a sort of 'you're unnecessary here' move.. Though her eyes never left Valentine.

She grins to Valentine.

"Smart move, dear. What does it matter where I was? I'm here now. But, for the record, I've been here and there.."

And thats all the answer he gets before she moves on to another topic.. She moves to Valentine, actually pressing her body against his for a moment... a but of.. persuasion.. to warm a person up never hurt anyone...

"So, have you found anyone to provide you even half of the quality of company that I did, Mr. Mazzini?"

A soft purr to her voice.. and then she steps back again with a sly smirk.

"And what have I missed in my absence?"

 "A few," he says with a coy smile, "we never said we were a thing," with a slight laugh.

"I did run into an interesting cat just yesterday, his name is Allesio, Allesio Giovanni. Seems his family is in town and he is a snappy dresser. Other then that you missed one hell of a court date. It was a wild ride and no one was disappointed. I swung by the Banshee, Bellisa's club, not a bad time and some great conversation. Things are good otherwise, there was an grainy video that was all the rage, but I could not see anything in it. Oh, we got a stylish rose from Atlanta, now she might be someone worth getting to know. Seems Arturo and yours spoke up for her in court, never seen that before."

He has known Jillian for some years and in her absence he realizes she has to get caught up to snuff, but she always reciprocates in kind. A harpy's life is one long soap opera and you are always the star.

She grins to him, taking a long sip of the wine.

"I didn't need to say we were a thing, doll. You would have to be blind not to want me. The title is secondary and useless."

She laughs.

"I've always found that being a *and she makes air quotes* thing.. Is far, far overrated. Too many people, too little time."

And then, at the rest of the conversation.. She rolls her eyes slightly...

"Ah, the Giovanni.... That should be pleasurable. And who is Bellisa? I've heard of her, but not a whole lot. Both Arturo and the Regent? Odd, thats for sure... Did you catch her name? And what else? You know I love all the nitty gritty details."

Another sip of her wine as she watched him.

'Jesus christ Valentine, im gone ten minutes and you still havent made a shot!'

Tommy bitches as he saunters up to the pair to try and ruin their class and banter. Tommy is the kind of high fashion people who wake up in gutters with no pants on or memories of the night aspire to.

Combat boots, billowy paratrooper pants, a horrible vest with a red fur collar and gigantic aviator sunglasses. He looks like a male hooker with a meth problem.

Tommy greets Jillian from across the pool table.

'I was starting to think you didnt like us anymore. Valentine here has been so lost without you...'

 "Yeah Yeah, how many times have we played on this damned table, whats ten minutes?" while he picks up the cue stick and walks over to look over the shot he was contemplating earlier.

She laughs and looks to Tommy.

"Come on Tommy. You know I'm more fun than any old game of pool!"

She grins, and looks to Valentine, then back to Tommy.

"Of course he was. Why wouldn't he be?"

She laughs, sipping her drink again

'Depressing thought.'

Tommy comments to Valentine. Finding his cue and chalking the hell out of it.

'Illuminata De Borbon Siciles.' Tommy, picks up one of Jillians unanswered questions.

'Shes one of the roses, seems like shes got Arturo wrapped around her finger already.'

He could say similar about the Regent, but even Tommy knows when to bite his tongue.

She nods, a soft smirk on her lips..

"Illuminata... one hell of a name..."

She laughs..

"I did hear that both Arturo and my Regent have a certain fondness for her... What an odd situation..."

She shakes her head, sipping the wine.

"What do we know of her?"

 "She has great taste in clothes and she is from Atlanta. Seems she knew a lot of people there or at least played it off as she did. Other then that its all conjecture unless you can shed some light," with a look to Tommy.

"Whats the deal with that Drexl guy? He seemed a bit odd, definitely avoided anyone and no elder spoke for him."

'I only know shes Family.' Tommy admits. He has nothing to add to Valentines assessment of Illuminata.

'Arturo didnt seem to like him, thats all i know. He totally used himself as a wall to keep him out of the little railcar. I havent seen Arturo get physical with anyone since... the friggen eighties.'

Tommy chuckles.

'We might have to hunt him down and try to feel him out, him and all the Giovanni. That girl that was with them is definitly worth a second look eh Mazinni?'

Tommy winks at Jillian, hoping to get a reaction...

She listened intently to Valentine first... with an amused smirk...

"Drexl?"

Is all she says to him.. and then a look to Tommy as he speaks.. And a defiant lift of her chin, eyes narrowing slightly on Tommy.

"Ah, boys... Always searching for the next... acceptable.. thing... Never realizing that you already have the best there is."

She laughs, another sip of her wine, and a wink returned right back to Tommy.

 "I don't know, she was smoking hot. But without you around it would all be too much, its nice to finally start seeing some familiar faces around here," with a smile toward Tommy.

"Yeah Drexel, drexl,I didn't catch the exact name. Carter seemed to know him and he skipped an introduction. He will be one to watch, bet you could land some big boons if you got the story on that guy. I bet all the elders are wanting something on him."

She grins and nods.

"The name alone has me intrigued. Any idea who he usually hangs with, where he can be found, any of that?"

'His clothing struck me as similar to the big black mommas of some of those D-block thugs who dont take kindly to my white-devil-ass selling dope in their hood.'

Tommy says with a hint of anger.

'Only, ya know... man-ish and expensive looking.'

He shrugs walking the perimeter of the pool before deciding on a shot.

She laughs lightly and nods..

"Well, if you find out more about him, let me know. Anyone else that I've missed and need to know about, besides Illuminata and Drexel?"

'Carter introduced his creepy little twins. But i doubt youll be getting too close to either of them..'

Tommy says, looking to Valentine in case he missed anyone.
