'It was reported to me by my staff that a suspicious character was turned away from my towers garage and shortly after was overtaken by the sherrif. Beyond that the news seems to speak for itself... My tower is obviously a target but i feel my added security shall be more than addecuit.'

The blue blood nods, confident in her lessers.

'Should any of you come across Spencer please send him my way... Last i heard Mr. Arturo threw him out of his domain. Noones heard from him since...'

Being one of the least populated clans in the city these nights Sasha doesnt have much to add...

 "I am sorry to hear about your neonate, I hope nothing has befallen him. We shall listen for anything that might suggest his location." sympathetically to Sascha.

 As the Regent finishes his sentence, everyone notices the Regents butler approach. "Sir it appears your guest has arrived." He is followed by two men bearing a chair that has a higher back than all the other and is covered in red velvet. They set the chair down betwixt the Regent and Randolph. I rise as the servants depart, and drop to my knee, bowing my head awaiting the Lord of the Sanfield, whom you can see in the distance approaching.

The Prince brought his full security compliment with him. They will be supplementing the Regents guards until told to do otherwise.

Carter seems to have snapped out of his agitated paranoia. He walks with confidence and has an air of intelligent calm about him.

Youd never guess hes been missing for the last three nights...

The elders would know that this is usually his way... He gets all worked up and cant be reached for a night or two, sometimes more. When he returns, he is reborn a zealot and uses his power with swift and deadly efficiency.

The last place one should want to be tonight is on his bad side...

As he approaches,"You grace my humble domain, my liege. Long live your just and wise rule of this land," still bending his knee and bowing his head. In his youth anyone not so doing could easily find themselves missing their head. I remember a time when the high borne would only allow a usurper in  his court if he showed proper respect, though I seem to recall that Malcav's childer were lumped into the low clans then as well. Time does seem to change a few things.

"Ah my great mad prince, rule this city with your unique insight and clairity of chaos to tell us what is the wisest course of action." Randolf then starts smirking, and then turns into a cheek to cheek smile, and then into chuclkes and then into belly acking laughter that seems very odd, and very much out of the mood of the meeting.

Carter takes Randolphs actions in stride, settling one palm on the table to lean over and stare at the other Malkavian.

'Randolph you have one hour to remove yourself from my Domain before your blood is freely hunted by every kindred in this city.'

He states the exiling blood hunt calmly, knowing full well trying to leave the city might as well be a death sentence.

Hyde pulls his blackberry from his pocket, noting the time.

Randolf looks a little shocked "And what are my charges, do I not get a chance to stand before court and plea my case?"

'Due process is for those with heartbeats Randolph.' Carter says coldly. He assumes he may need to explain his actions to the remaining primogen, But Randolph is well aware of his crimes.

Carter straightens up and waves a hand as if shooing the other Malkavian like a fly. 'Tick... Tock...'

Rose would not dream of saying anything right now, shocked as she is at the sudden pronouncemnt by the Prince.  So, all she really can do is keep her mouth shut, and try to figure out what exactly is going on.

At first, she did think it might have been just joking between the two...now, she's rather sure it may not be.

Another stray thought goes through her head...is this why Mr. Arturo decided to drop this on someone else?

 "There are many things that require our attention my liege, shall we get down to business," as he awaits his lord taking a seat before he will. Ignoring the guffawed Randolph. "I was just informing those assembled of what has recently transpired, as you dictated, my lord."

Prince Carter nods graciously to the Regent, turning the meeting back to him for now. He has another ace up his sleeve but it can wait for now... He takes his seat.

 The Regent remains standing after Carter sits and clears his throat,"I believe we have struck a serious blow to those who would defile our city, and from my conversations with Regent Justinius of Atlanta, the Sabbat is having a very tough time there as well. I do not think we are out of the woods yet though. We must be vigilant, we now know there are informants in the city. Everyone should perform a thorough inspection of their clans. Any whom claim to be caitiff should be inspected by the Prince or whomever he duly appoints for the task. We should be suspicious of anyone that has not spent a decade within the domain. Should we find a nest of them, inform the Sheriff immediately and he can collect whomever is needed for the termination, and to cover the story in media. We shall hope he has learned a lesson as I am certain we all knew the unidentified man in the reports. It will be difficult, it will push our facilities to their limits, but the Camarilla is strong and hearty. It shall conquer those that seek its downfall. We must exercise great caution when traveling our city. One should have proper protection at all times. They will try and strike fear into us by dividing us, we must not allow this tactic to succeed. Secure your havens, and practice the utmost security measures, I hope they will draw their resources toward Atlanta. It might come here  and we must expect it. Together we shall weather this storm. I believe the compact with the willworkers has failed, but I shall continue with negotiations. Do not expect a respite should they join us. Our Lord shall determine the best course of action and shall guide them as he sees fit. If anyone has ties to the kine, I would suggest trying to utilize whatever methods are safe, to try and pacify the feeling of tension and unrest in the city. It will be a delightful respite, in the days to come. Shall anyone else raise their voice with wise words that might guide those whom have never seen an enemy like those we face?" glancing about the assembled. As the next elder stands, the Regent takes his seat and listens closely.

Sasha Stands to offer her help.

'I will volunteer my services in detaining and interrogating any prisoners. My clan is obviously gifted in breaking the will of others and i have a secure bomb shelter of sorts in the basement of my towers that could be used to house prisoners.'

She suggests, and takes her seat again. Carter nods, looking to Rose and Hyde to see if they have anything to add...

(Masterpunks, after 3-4 days of no reply, I'm going to do you the favor of moving your character out of this scene. You will move safely through the gardens traps, but you also will NOT be present to hear what follows.)

After a moment of silence the prince stands again.

'We must gather all the cities kindred for tommoro night. Our Sheriff has captured and subdued one of the enemy. Unfortunately he was beaten into torpor in the process... so we wont be able to interrogate him. But, we can turn the oracle on his blood, as well as execute him as an example infront of the neonates.'

Carter looks from face to face.

'So please, spread the word to your clans, i want everyone to gather tommoro at midnight in Mr. Arturo's casinos private lounge.'

Rose will note that last little thing, the meeting tomorrow. At the same time, wondering if she even wants to be in this city.  After all, its beginning to sound like a war zone, and she's no kind of warrior.  Oh well, it will be a perfect chance to tell Mr. Arturo what she thinks.

Under the table, Hyde has been meticulously  inputting a text-message into the phone, it is extremely slow-going, but he is learning to use the edge of a thumbnail to hit the keys he wants, the message will be sent via email to Mr. Grey: " You figure out how to tap into the cameras yet? Randolf has about 58 minutes before he's considered an open target. I would like to know his location when that time comes. He will be leaving the Chantry shortly, most likely in his car, you know the one." Grinning to himself while staring at the light emanating from under the table, by all outward appearances he would appear to be lost in his own little world. Satisfied with the message, he puts the phone away and looks up.

"I have thus far failed to gather any information of worth on the 'Devil' at the Commoms, but the place seems a lot quieter than usual. We are still working on expanding our eyes and ears in the city, but I have every confidence in Mr. Grey's abilities." He pauses, looking momentarily forlorn and then seethingly angry.

"And that Fucking SHUG-Monkey Fucking sold us out!! Me you, everyone. Beauty says she saw him meeting with the other side." He stands and looks to Carter now.

"I don't know why, but I feel somehow responsible. I am not one for these high-end machinations, don't get me wrong, I know the rules, I know the traditions, I know what is expected of me, perhaps better than others." A glance at Randolf's empty chair. "I just mean, well I'm not playing games sir. Whatever the consequence of your law, I swear to you here and now that if that sonofabitch did not die in the explosion and we ever cross paths again... only one of us will walk away."

Resuming his seat, he continues "My apologies my liege, I mean no disrespect to the Throne, I simply cannot abide one of my own to sully the name of my clan."

Carter nods an agreement to Hyde.

'I wouldnt expect any less. Traitors to the camarilla will not be tolerated. The Shug monkey has signed his own death warrant. His blood is forsaken and can be taken as freely as Randolphs.'

Two blood hunts in one night... and hes just getting started...

'And Regent you say Collio was given up by the revenant you interrogated?.. A mole is worse than a traitor. Should any of you encounter her, she is of lesser status than Randolph or The SHug Moneky. They are all to be exterminated. '
