Venture Estates is housed in a tower-like building downtown. It is easily the tallest building in the city and houses multiple buisnesses. The building is never closed and there are always lights on on the upper floors.

Security is tight. During the day you can easily access the real estate firms and insurance carriers on the lower levels, or the multiple law firms in the middle, or even the majority of the Stock brokers near the top. The final three floors cannot be accessed without a special elevator key or them ain security control rooms approval.

The building itself is a beautiful stone design reaching high into the sky. The main lobby has both a food court and a huge fountain. The main elevators, all 8 of them sit behind a round security desk that never has less than four men behind it. Security is friendly and helpful until you give them a reason not to be...

The upper three floors not only get the best views of the city but are the off limits Ventrue area. Elysium is commonly held here in one of the massive board rooms. Private security on the upper floors are ghouls with extensive training and access to weapons you would never see on a rent-a-cop.
