I call over to the Lucky Star asking for Mr. Arturo. Getting connected I ask for his permission to speak with his guest, also asking that he be there as well. He seems an eloquent one, deserving of some conversation. The Regent seems intrigued but is not so young as to take him on his word. Just a small gathering if you would, of like minded kindred. If nothing else then to hear his opinions of the city, perhaps he could be of some use.
