Despite everything that has been done to her, Christine still has hopes, dreams and girlish feelings and longings.
While sex is definately not a favored subject at this time, it doesn't stop her from looking at people.  The less likely she is to meet them, the better.  A safe, harmless fantasy that hurts no one.  Which might explain the poster of a certain magician in her office, taped carefully to the door.  The only time any would see it, if they were sitting at her desk, with the door closed.

Otherwise, her office looks like any accountants office.  Thick heavy books of tax laws and regulations.  A computer, file cabinets.  Not much in the way of decoration, its a place of serious business, although everyone is neat and orderly, its function is to help her to focus on the important issues.

Still...when there is time...a romance novel, or a few moments of daydreaming of a 'normal' life.

Better to turn to fantasy, than drugs or alcohol.

Not that Christine has a lot of time for daydreaming.  Lets see, classes, a couple more seminars on accounting fraud, the books for the casino, helping with Thorns, helping with various projects of other kindred.  Writing up reports of those projects, what they wanted, how it was done...
