Rose will make her way to the casino, and there ask if Thomas Arturo is available.  Making sure to give her name to the person asking.

That being done, she'll just look around.  Casinos were never her thing, too much noise, flickering lights and such.  She prefers quiet, in which to create and such.  

In this, she's very much like her sire, the reclusive Jonathon Bryant.  Making a mental note to send him a message about the two girls, really just distracting herself from the noise and lights of the casino, while waiting to see if Thomas can see her, or just making an appointment.

The girl at the desk will call around a few phone-lines before she can locate Thomas. She will finally hang up and speak to Rose.

'Mister Arturo will meet you in the VIP lounge. He said you know the way.'

The girl gives a smile before her phones all start ringing again and she goes right back to work. Rose should remember the way. Court was held in this lounge just a few months back. She will have to navigate across the casino floor and up a set of stairs. She will notice two large men flanking the entrance to the VIP lounge but inside is empty save for Arturo and two of his dolls who are sitting across the room on one of the wall benches.

Arturo sits alone at a table in the center of the lounge. There is no music, just an eerie quiet with the din and lights from the casino on a pane of security glass away.

'Rose, to what do i owe the pleasure?'

Thomas voice breaks the still in the air and he stands to greet his clanmate and guest.

'good evening, Primogen'
Keeping her voice low enough to not be heard by the other people in the room, and letting him know it is an official visit.
'I'm not sure my visit will be any kind of a pleasure, it's about what happened to my shop, and my concerns for others who may also have smaller business'

Rose will give him a rundown of what happened, as she got it from Diane.  Obviously, the information is second hand, which is not good, but she was able to get a pretty detailed descrïption of what did go on, as well as the person who came in.  

'I do not have the contacts to be able to find this person on my own. I do feel, strongly he is a threat to all of us.  While I cannot see him doing such a thing to a larger more established business, if there are other small shops such as mine, they too are in danger'

Throughout her explanation, Rose has struggled to remain calm and factional.  Her emotions won't do much good right now, she has to remain in charge of herself.  

Besides, the only thing her rage would do would be to exhaust her.  Not a smart move at all.

'I would help you find this man to exact your revenge Rose, but I fear most of the evidence ahs been destroyed... Are you unaware that your shop was all over the ten o'clock news tonight?'

Arturo watches Rose carefully. Hes never understood her attachment to her little retail store but if its anything like the anger and outrage he would feel over the destruction of one of his buildings the Neonate is liable to fly off the handle.

The news of her shops destruction, that was it.  No notice was taken of the news story of said shop, she, quite literally 'saw red' as her normal rational mind closed down and she just wanted to kill.  Anything, anyone, she didn't really care.

Since furniture was closest, that would go first.  She's not going to turn and see who is around, she's not even going to wonder, she's just going to start trying to rip shit up.

Arturo was ready for this. He saw the early signs of her frenzy. The agitation was written all over her face and now she has gone and blown her top. As Rose flips over the table, obviously to come after Arturo [He is the cause of her frenzy, so shes after him, not out to wreck his furniture] he remains calm. This Neonate spends her nights knitting, she has a long way to go to make herself a threat; and threat or not, frenzying in front of a harpy is just bad form...

In a flash Thomas is on Rose. With one strong hand he grabs her by the hair to keep her from biting and with his other he wraps an arm around her neck and across her collar to hold her embarassingly immobile. Thomas hisses a demand into her ear:

'Control yourself Childe!'

[Rose will have to make another self control check at the same difficulty. She needs to amass 5 successes without botching to control her frenzy. Since she is in a frenzy she has to do whatever she can to attack Thomas; so please roll Strength and Brawl, diff 6 to try and break his hold.]

She's not going to break his hold....crocheting might lend strenght to fingers, but not to the entire body

As Rose continues to struggle and freak out Arturo begins to lose his temper. The audacity of this neonate to attack him in his own domain is unforgiveable. She shows no signs of regaining control so Arturo will do what he has to do to prevent her from breaching the masquerade if she escapes his grasp and the room.

After contorting Roses neck to a horrible angle Arturo realises there really is only one way for this to end. She scratches and shoves and he simply lets her go. He has fractured her vertebrae and one good hit will dislodge them.

Arturo steps back, willing more of his blood into his muscles to speed himself up.

Arturo is far from being what you would call a skilled fighter. He has no form, no grace, but he knows how to hurt people. He swings with all the force of his supernaturally strong body and slams his right fist into the side of Roses head, cracking her skull, breaking her jaw, dislodging most of her teeth and, of course, finally breaking her pretty neck.

[Even with a perfect soak Rose takes 5 more damage and is put into torpor from the damage.]

Thomas is left with a torped Rose.  

The two blood dolls that were at the bar when this all began are staring in rapt horror even though the fight was over as soon as it began. Arturo straightens his cuffs and feels the heat leaving his limbs once more.

[Buffing beyond generational max of 5 will fade back down leaving him at 5 Str and 5 dex. for the remainder of the scene.]

Arturo reaches down and picks up Roses broken body, her head listing at a sickening angle and throws her facedown across the tabletop next to where he was sitting. He approaches the bar and snatches up the phone as the two girls retreat to another area. he immediately dials Illuminatas suite.

'Illy love I need you down here, now.'

He says the second she answers the phone.

"Oh hello, Thomas darling, I'll be right down," Illy says, hearing the urgency in Thomas's voice.

She stubs out her cigarette in the crystal ashtray provided with her suite, and tells her two ghouls she's only going downstairs for a moment.

Illuminata sweeps into the bar where Thomas is, impeccably coiffed and dressed as usual, wearing a much more modern than usual for her Vera Wang number.

She takes a good look at the scene laid out in front of her, Thomas and the limp girl with her neck at an awkward angle and blood seeping from her skull.

"Oh, Thomas...Is that what you need me for?" she asks, gesturing nonchalantly at Rose's torpored form.

'In a way. This insolent, classless Neonate couldnt control herself and had to be put down lest she damage my domain further.'

The table Rose toppled remains legs in the air like a dead animal not far from where Thomas stands. His jacket is hanging from one of the upturned legs and he is unbuttoning his shirt.

'It is unlikely I would lose face over this, but I insist on following through.'

His shirt unbuttoned Thomas will meet Illys eyes.

'I need you to bite me.'

Illy tsk tsks quietly at the upturned table and the broken neonate.

"Who is her sire? He truly should have taught her better, what a shame."

She raises an eyebrow at Thomas' somewhat unusual request, but quickly understands why.

"Oh, what a horror! The little hussy attacked you? Truly, she had to be put down," she says, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

"Now, where do you want me to bite you? And, well, darling, probably not in public," she adds, looking pointedly at the blood dolls at the bar.

The blood dolls are retreating but Thomas agrees with Illy. Even if he would be the sole owner of the security footage proving this ruse, it just wouldnt do to have the entire drama played out in full color.

'Room four my dear, we may need some of Alexis toys.'

Thomas will scoop up the broken, battered Rose from the table as if he were carrying a passed out toddler. In the room she will be uncerimoniously dumped to the floor. Room four has become Alexis torture chamber. It is obsessively clean, even to Kindred senses but the tools of entrapment are what Arturo needs.

'A good bite on the collar should do it. High enough i can show it off, but low enough you dont cripple me.'

Thomas obviously trusts Illuminata far more than he would any other kindred. This scenario would be a diablerists dream; an elder chained to the floor, baring his neck and asking for a bite...

Thomas will drop his shirt to the floor and attach a heavy chain to the thick ring at the center of the floor.

Illuminata quietly follows Thomas up to room four, unknowing but suspecting the hideous things Alexi gets up to. That ghoul simply gives her shivers up and down her spine...there's something not quite right with him.

"Alright dear, I know just the spot," Illy says, putting out her cigarette and allowing her fangs to extend from her jaws.

"Would you like me to help you with those chains, Thomas?" she asks, taking in the definite "dungeon" air of this room.

She has little care for Rose's broken body, the neonate did after all reach far above her station by attacking her elder, no, her primogen. She still frowns at the waste of life, but if she's heard correctly, this one didn't contribute much except for a yarn shop that had recently burned down.

'I think ive got it.'

Thomas says as he secures the chain around his forearm. He tests it with a might pull, the metal creaks but the chain holds. He would just hate to lose his head at the pain of the bite and do something regrettable to Illy... Thomas will set down the key to his manacle on the opposite side of the room from Illuminata. He has experienced enough of his Beast taking control to know he wont be in the frame of mind to undo the lock and as much as he trusts Illuminata, handing her the key just seems like too much exposure of his trust.

Thomas will approach and turn his head away. Steeling his nerves from the pain and rage that are to come.

'Okay my dear. Do your worst.'

[If Illy wants to be nice she doesnt have to roll a combat bite. She can administer the damage as a 'coup de grace' where she gets one automatic success to hit and rolls damage normally from there. Or ya know, she can go nutso and tear his head off...]

"Secure enough, darling? I'd hate to get myself hurt while doing this.." she fusses as she approaches the chained up Arturo.

Her fangs flash as she bends towards him in a fashion almost exclusively reserved for her ghouls, these nights, Long has it been since she has had a drink from another Kindred..it may even have been since her embrace. Her eyes flash with suppressed desire. This is not something she wishes to become accustomed to.

(Not gonna roll for attack, just take the one success)

Her fangs sink into Thomas' neck, and she cannot help but let out a quiet sigh of pleasure. But she must not drink. Though she trusts Thomas, she has no desire to become bound to him.

She pulls back as soon as the damage is done. Though small, the wound will be visible and take a certain amount of time to heal.
