A few days after Rose disapears into the casino, a package will arrive for Thomas Arturo.  From her.

The signifigance of the return address will be lost on the mailroom staff; the package, like all mail will be put through the typical security screenings and an x-ray scanner. If nothing odd presents it will be sent up to Arturos office.

If its something strange, he will be called anyway. His staff has been instructed to enver contact the police before informing him...

Nothing dangerous, the xray would only show a piece of cloth and a piece of paper.  

(well....depending on how good the xray stuff is, but thats whats in there)

Its not a bomb or a severed head so it will be forwarded right up to Arturos office. The elder Toreador will look concerned for a moment when he reads the name on the package. This could be a blackmail attempt- If Roses ghouls are really so bold he will be hunting them down himself...

Selecting a golden blade from his desk Arturo will open the package and remove its contents...

Inside the package is the tapestry that Rose had worked on, using all the crafting artistry she had garnered in the past 40 years.
A border of fleur de lis and vines.  Inside that, painted to look almost ghostly a mans face.  Its not Prince Carter, but close.  A golden circlet embraces his brow.
In embroidery are two women.  Facing each other, ne is dark haired, with a dark gown, a white rose in her upraised hand.  The gown is medieval, with a silver girdle, hanging from the girdle is a silver hand mirror...a broken one.
The other woman is blond in a white gown.  A red rose in her hand, a silver girdle, also with the malkakian mirror.  Both girls have silver circlets on their heads.  The setting is a moonlit garden.  

The whole thing is maybe two foot by three foot.  Made to hang on a wall.  

The paper turns out to be a note.
Dear Mr. Arturo,
 Ms Meadows asked that this be forwarded to you, in the hopes that your family would consider it an appropriate gift to a Mr. Carter Vanderweyden.

The only other information he might glean from the package is it was mailed from the post office closest to the airport.

The timing is enough to bring a smile to Arturos face. He wont have to hunt down Roses ghouls if they have left the city. They will be someone elses problem when the withdrawals hit and if they return they can be dealt with easy enough. He will re-fold the tapesty and return it to the box. Its a lovely work and Carter would likely appreciate it. Perhaps it can be delivered after Roses fate is decided...
