I lead Hyde and Sebastion around to the front door that opens as I approach,"Good evening Sir,"opened by an suited gentleman. "Jiles, we will be entertaining a guest in the parlor, I have a guest in the old quarters and would like any news should his condition take a turn for the worse." He nods and holds the door for every one. I lead the party to the parlor and take a seat in a lavish crushed velvet lounge chair and motion the others to do the same.

I just sit down in a chair. I just look tired and stressed. "I think it been a long night for me sirs." I open the cigar box next I offer them to both. “I think I need this tonight." on night like this one big difference is easily detected between The Regent and Myself and that the lack of ability to control my emotions.

Hyde looks around,  not sure what to do, everything being so formal. He decides it would be better to look strange hunkering down on the floor, rather than be thrown out for breaking one of those fancy chairs.

"Thank you Sebastion, I believe I will," taking a cigar and passing the box to Mr.Hyde. "Well what can we surmise from this evenings little excursions? We now are aware the Sabbat was indeed amassing explosives, We do have moles about, and the Commons Motel has the Devil in it. I will contact the primogen about these things shortly, and then the Prince. He can inform the sheriff if he wishes." He says with an upturned eye, awaiting their replies.

I cut the end off of my cigar and light it, drawing in deeply. “Can any one disagree that we need to form a war party and take out this demon in the Commons? If I’m not mistaken our sheriff Zaine got a positive identification on some of the Sabbat operatives and that is the reason why he was approved as sheriff. If Zaine can I.D. the persons at the Commons as being the one who destroyed our former sheriff. That will give us a clear cut reason to take out the Commons Hotel. We just need to do some simple reconnaissance, not to be done by Zaine, because he seems to get noticed with his guns and blazing tactics. The main issues are that this will take time and I don’t think we have time to waste.”

“Now I think another way is to pool our resources together between our clans and do a full out Blitzkrieg strike, because with blowing up the their main stockpile of weapons the Sabbat are still in the regrouping and replanning stages. This should be an opportune time to take advantage of the chaos and kill as many of these threats as possible.”

I cross my legs and puff my cigar, hoping some my ideas are helpful.

Hyde plucks a single cigar from the box and proceeds to stare at it, listening to the Tremere speak.

At last he looks from the cigar in his hand, to Sebastian, to Thaddeus. "Perhaps I misunderstand you Sebastian, it sounds as though you are condemning the Sheriff for his cowboy tactics and then suggesting we do the same. Clan Nosferatu don't go in fer any a those guns a blazin' type frontal assaults. Besides, fer all we know, the thing at the commons *IS* the Devil."

I understand the urgency of the situation, my friend, I do. But dashing ourselves against the fortified walls of our enemies' fortress is a military tactic that has been frowned upon far longer than even I have been alive. Siege is for the desperate."

"Normally, I would suggest that we first perform some reconnaissance before we do anything but our expert of espionage, Beauty, is currently  missing and no one seems to know where she is."

"That bodes ill, I hope she is found shortly," a look of concern crossing his face, but out of companionship or self interest is not known."I will speak with most of the primogen, I will allow the prince to deal with that idiot he has placed in his blood's seat. I would watch myself around that one Hyde, he seems to be put out with you. He was ignorant and impulsive enough to seek me out and interrupt my personal business though. I hope it will not be long before Carter chooses a proper replacement, I fear he might be lost before the enemy even enters the city," without even a sign of emotion."As for the Commons, I agree with your tactic Hyde, and as representative in Beauty's absence will you set your lessers upon the task of watching it to gain what reconnaissance we can? It should only require a few days, after that I will have drawn upon the primogen and the city will act in unison to cleanse this blight from our presence."

"Randolf? Put out with me?" Hyde momentarily bursts into a fit of positively hideous laughter before recovering if you could call it that. "That lil' prig ain't even begun to be put out wif me. Only reason I didn' pop 'is 'ead like a Tick is cause the Prince was lookin' on." he exclaims in a vicious tone. Calming down a bit, he raises an eyebrow at the Regent, as if examining his for trustworthiness.  "As easily as I pissed him off in front of his peers, I imagine he will be positively frothing when he discovers where the map he demanded from me led his little ghoul."

"As for the commons, yeah I'm sure I can convince a couple of the boys ta keep an eye on it, mebbe even turn it into a scavenger hunt jus' fer shits an' giggles."

"But the Prince... well he ain't gonna deal wif jack. Word round the camp-fire is that he's gon 'A-WOL' as well. Same night as Beauty, if ya can believe that."

"Well I will assume he shall return quickly, but until then the defense of this city falls upon the primogen's shoulders. I shall call forth the council shortly we will decide a proper course of action. I appreciate your assistance Mr. Hyde, your elder chose wisely in her whip, do not let her down. I need to contact the elders and arrange a place for the meeting, so if there is nothing further, I can have a car drop you off at whatever your destination is? As you are currently within my domain, I will have to insist."

"Insist huh? Alright then, I know you're a busy man, I won't keep you. I am sure a man of your resourcefulness knows how to contact us should it become necessary."

"I still have business with the large one." nodding toward Sebastian "Expect a package tomorrow." With that he allows Jiles or Jarvis or whomever to lead him to the car in question.

After he deaparts, I will look over at Sebastion with a stern face,"I will only say this once, the wretch we dealt with downstairs was going to destroy all that we hold dear. There will soon be a war the likes of which will shake the foundation of the city. They will offer no quarter or mercy, expect none. They are monsters that should be purged from our world, never forget that, they will not. Use all your abilities to their fullest and hope we will be victorious. Remember this, it will save your life. I have fought the fiends, they are ruthless and hate our clan particularly and will do everything in their power to destroy you. You must be strong and ruthless if we are to survive. Kill at any opportunity, it will guarantee your existence." With that he turns and walks back to his office, he has a busy night ahead of him.
