Over by the other car the other two officers are placing Karlie in the car while radioing in Jamal's aprehension, as well as be a bit more aleart due to the other officer's yell.  They will call in for light back up, only another car or two as the remaining perp is being reluctanct to comply.  They should arrive in about a minute or two.

Jamal Stares the cop in the eyes as he gets on the ground memorizing his last name on his badge. He knows the drill for gettin arrested, 1)lay on your face 2) put your hands behind your back 3) be called racial slurs 4) manhandled into a car.

The cop glares at Jamal as he defiantly blocks his punch.  His jaw is hanging slightly in awe, as he begins to speak.

"I said get the fuck down on the fucking ground you fucking nigger!"

He moves to punch Jamal again.

"I saw it Frank," the other officer says, "But I think you should stop now."

Frank doesn't listen to his partner at all.

"No way, this cock sucker needs to be taught a lesson."

He is about to swing when the other two officers stop them both.

"JESUS CHRIST FRANK, what the fuck are you doing," one yells at him.

Frank strugles, "That asshole tried to hit me, he's been resisting arrest!"

Jamal puts his hands behind his back for the other cops to take him into custody, "I aint goin in his mothafuckin car!" He keeps his glare on the racist cop, "I thought yall sposed to serve and protect everyone, not just white people."

Frank starts up as soon as Jamal is finished.

"Oh I didn't start treating this peice of shit how he should be treated until after he took a swing at me.  I also think I saw some grass in his car, fucker started struggling to keep from being cuffed!"

Unfortunetly for Jamal, they don't fully believe story, particularly with the dash cam in the other car as future evidence and seeing him take a swing at the cop.  However, they do not fully buy into Frank's story either, after hearing his yelling and watching him attack Jamal, but do think some parts of it may be plausible.

"I honestly don't give a shit who did what, this behavior is inapproprate for an officer, and as for you, taking a swing at a cop, even if he is beating you, is still a felony.  I'll give you it may be self defence, but the dash cam in their car wil prove that. In the meantime, we're taking you down town.  Frank, the comish is going to probably make you eat your badge, you're both going to want to get really good lawyers."

Jamal begins to exercise his right to remain silent, and will comply with anything the unracist cops tell him to do.

"Now just take it easy, we're going to still have to cuff you, but we'll take you in our car.  Frank, get the fuck out of here."

The two cops from Karlie's car will read Jamal his rights, and move him to their car.

"We will have to hold you until this is sorted out, but we'll be sure Frank and his pals won't touch you or your lady friend."

Jamal lets them cuff him and gets into the back seat, thinking about prison.....again, but then again maybe zaine can get him out of this somehow.
