Thinblooded vampires are second class citizens. The 'Carmilla' is just here to put us all down like rabid dogs! They attack us on sight, and have powers none of us can seem to even aspire to.

A Dead man named Dominic Glass sits at an old desk high in the building. He is the protector of this place. And as the oldest of his kind he is kind of a father figure for all the confused, bloodsucking little whelps who come his way.

The place is half buisness and half refugee camp. The lucky ones make it here, either looking for blood or from word of mouth advertising.

Dominic may be the protector of the Stable but Kim Hacker is its Madame. She coordinates the income, and she usually spots the newcomers...

Kim is a limber, attractive redhead with muddy eyes and pale lips. When outside of the stable she dresses as a buisnesswoman, but inside... well it can be anything, from schoolgirl to nun.

She may not like what she does most of the time... but its the easiest life she knows these nights...

Misty Wells was one of the 'girls' here for a while... Shes dead like the rest of us, but something is different about her...

Not only can her nearly anorexic frame handle the light of the sun for a short time but a few months ago her belly began to grow...

The Dead girl is pregnant.

She lives here now, with her mortal boyfriend Charlie. Shes pretty enough, with brown hair and blue eyes. She cant be a day over 19 and theres no hiding the fact shes very, very pregnant...

Kim and Dom do their best to keep her in teh Stable, but she and Charlie creep off to go to Thorns every now and then...

One of the only thinbloods Dom doesnt worry about is Rosa Maria Vasquez. Shes a tough, predatory looking bitch with long dark hair and skin covered in religious tattoos.

She sometimes masquerades as one of the 'girls' in the stable. She also leads a small all girl gang who may as well be the brutal security for this place...

The last two of the little family are liabilities.

Leo Tolstoy is an addict. And being a dead addict hasnt been easy for him... he had a hard enough time scoring smack without needing it diluted in blood.

He is a balding man with tired eyes and dirty clothes. When he isnt slumming around the Stable he is usually out looking for a score... or high and just staring, wishing it was all a bad dream.


The final, and newest addition to our family we call 'Skeezy'. His real name is Jimmy Stalone, and hes the only one of us we dont allow to bite the girls, or anyone else we care about.

Skeezy is HIV positive. A plauge dog we just cant put down... that would make us no better than... them.
