*If there's any two people, other than Dominic, that she worries about it's Misty and Rosa.

She heads out of Dom's office and saunters to Misty's room. There's a knock on the door followed by her voice booming though the thin wood.* Misty I hope you are in here...Rosa you little hood you better be in here, too 'cuz you're not in your own room! *She does not sound mad, all though her voice has raised a few octaives, but she does sound concerned.*

Kim gets no answer from Mistys room. The only sonsolation she might have is that if both Misty and Me are missing, then we're probably together somewhere.

Dom comes down the hallway, toward Kim.

"Are the girls in there?"

*She knows the girls would respond if they were in, even if it were a miffled 'go away Kim'.* Shiiit...*she mutters, wondering where they may be. Maybe they're together...they better be!

She knows they are big girls, but she cannot help but feel like they should be in here, rather than out there, where she and Dom can protect them.

She gets thrust out of her thoughts by Dom.* No *she won't hide the concern on her face, especially since she knows something is up...something bad.* Something wicked this way comes...*she utters as she moves to Dom.* Right?

*A shake of her head* No, they aren't in.

Dom might look kinda big and bad.. but the one person who sometimes gets to see his softer side would be Kim. They have been through so much together.. And with all that they deal with, its only natural that they would confide in each other above all else...

And Kim can tell.. Dom looks like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders.. It must be some heavy shit he got from Slater.. he runs a hand through his hair and shakes his head.

"Of all the fucking times they could sneak out... I want a note left for them. I want a word with both the moment they come back."

He sighs, dropping his cig and stepping on it...

"Lets head back to my office for now. Slater just laid some heavy shit down, and if we have any questions, he'll answer.."

And in brief, on the way back to his office, he summarizes everything that Slater told him for Kim.

*The cig dangles from her lips turning into a long, cylendrical ash.* Dominic *she utters in a way she always does when she is serious* I would like to talk to them, you will yell...I won't. *She moves closer to him and raises her hand, the cigarette is placed between index and middle finger.* Please let me talk to them? *She won't take no for an answer and Dom knows that, but he may also know that Kim will speak them them in a way they will understand...with soft tones, and then if they mess up a second time...*

If they don't listen to me, then you can have them, please? *Kim hooks her arm though his and runs her fingers over his arm. She listen to what he tells her about what Slater told him. A frown creases her pretty face.* We can handle this, right? *She whispers right before they get back into Dominic's office.*

"Kim.. I want to.."

He cuts in at one point, but then cuts himself off again... And a few words later.

"They need to..."

And he once again cuts himself off..

Then he just falls silent and walks with her, a hand run through his hair once more.

He pauses just outside his office and looks to Kim.

"We can handle this, I just don't know if we'll lose everything in the process."

He shakes his head, another smoke tapped out of his pack, and lit up.

"We talk to Slater now, and then you and me have to talk after he leaves."

And he opens the door, letting Kim in first, then following.

*Before they enter Kim turns to Dominic* I won't loose...*she utters softly* not you nor the girls, not while I'm still walking on this Earth. *Her tone is firm, but Dom will be able to sence fear in it. Kim knows she is not invinsible, hell, she knows she's easily broken but she's got a lot of fight in her.

She nods to Dom then slips inside, waiting for him to enter as well, lingering by the inside of door.*
