Shade's haven

Location: Industrial District

Descrïption: This batch of Warehouse Lofts, formerly deserted, were  discovered and purchased by Shade upon his arrival in Sanfield.  It's amazing how cheap derelict buildings can go for in an old run down section of town.  

The building is technically all his, though he only occupies the top floor.  After some light demolition he has turned the top floor into one large loft, removing walls and opening it up to the adjacent apartments.  The room is a giant square, with some sub-divisions throughout.  Every window in the place is darkly tinted, and covered in voluminous, heavy black and maroon velvet curtains.  The furniture would be described as a mix of modern and antique.  The kitchen, more for the benefit of guests than himself, obviously, is all modern equipment.  Glass top stove, stainless steel appliances, new appliances, et al.  His sleeping quarters are filled with an old gnarled wood four poster bed, an expansive wardrobe contains myriad "costumes" by which he may or may not pass for anyone and no one.  The living spaces are filled with the traditional black and steel furniture and accouterments.

The only odd part of this rather well equipped loft is the large stone "room" with the locked door off to one side.  Were one to peer inside, they would see a vast array of the tools necessary for an Assamite of the Warrior caste to..."do his work."  Knives, razors, implements of torture, guns, vials of who knows what.  All there.

Security: A standard security system is in place to alert him if anyone tries to enter his loft.  It is set up to text Shades cell phone in any such event.  

Ghouls/Roomies: none known by any inhabitants of Sanfield.
