This 30 year old building in Downtown was build to house the trading of precious commodities and to provide a safe storage for those commodities. It also doubles up as a jewellery store with an execelent reputation for custom jobs. It has recently been taken over by Willem Uys, who rebuild it on the inside.

Outside:
The building is free standing and has a small private carpark that is closed up from the street with wirefences and a simple lock. The entire lot is 90 by 120 feet.
There are two entrances; the front is re-enforced glass and has a big shop window with a collection of jewelery behind it. This double door is open until 10 at night. After that is it blocked with a metal grate. (unless guests are expected) At the back is second door. It is a heavy security door. The building has camera`s in front and back. The roof top has anti climbing obstacles installed.

The inside:
The shop is open for the public and has all kind of jewellery on show in cabinets. There is a big counter with staff. Three doors lead from this room. 1 behind the counter leading to the personelroom and the bathroom. 1 leading to the private trading room. (you can get in there by giving an ID and a good story) The third door is the most heavy and locked and goes towards the jewel maker room. Also behind this room lies the door to the director office and security has been seen exiting through this door. Camera`s hang in most rooms.

Security:
This building has been build to stand against armed robberies. Then a paranoid vampire has recently rebuild inside and has upgraded security. Apart from a couple of changing rent-a-cops. More heavily armed figures have been seen to speaking to Uys when he exited the building. Uys ussually leaves the building from behind with a mercedes parked on the private parkinglot.
When builders are consulted on it`s rebuilding, all can`t remember a thing of building it.

(When more serious scouting is undertaken perhaps more can be found out. Meetings with Willem Uys take place in an office behind the jewelmakerroom.)
