A large factory/warehouse combination has been purchased recently and scheduled for demolition for the construction of a more 'modern' factory for Ajhar Industries.  Being built from prefab parts, the factory won't take more then three weeks to construct fully.  Word is that the owner himself designed and personally built the prefab parts.

Walls are up on the factory, and the roof is being worked on.  Being cylinder shaped, the roof won't take too long for completion.  Several large automated machines are loaded in to the factory, connecting to several conveyer belts and ceiling hooks together for construction of various things.  Only a few weeks and people may expect life to flow from the old factory.

Purchased by Rah'shid Ajhar to expand his business, these factories have been renovated and are now filled with machines making various parts for his experimentation with doors, as well as some other things he is working on with the expanding business.  Inside there are cameras everywhere to make sure that the entire place is watched.  Like his store downtown, his office is protected by a door and shielded with bullet proof glass.  Oddly, no people work here other than Rah'shid himself, after becoming a bit paronoid after the incident at his store.
