David Fury, as Daniel finally knows, has been back up and about for a few days now.  The Red Fist seems to be a lost cause since the Technocracy have "sanitized" it and now patrol the area regular with one of their trademark black sedans. Daniel and David seem to have developed a sort of bond as so often they do when one proves himself to be one of the good guys.

Having taken up residence in the squatters loft Daniel has yet to find a safe place to call home, but he gets frequent visits from the Awakened in the city.

Upon one of the many visits an odd subject will come up in conversation...

"Say David, well, I don't know quite how to ask this but rumors circulated back home about the Brotherhood being true masters of the mind.  Well *said sheepishly* I was wondering if you'd be willing to teach me?"

David has been most agreeable. He has dedicated most of his time lately trying to locate his counterpart Harmony. When Daniel makes his request David seems agreeable, maybe even happy to possibly have a student again.

'We wont have the grandour of my dojo to help things along, but im sure we can use this space easy enough.'

Daniel will of course be gratified that he would accept him as an apprentice.  

"What can i do to help setup, or do i need to go get anything for you?"

David looks down over the old warehouse. Old crates, plenty of open space, scrap steel and bits of concrete. There are plenty of makeshift items for training the body and opening the mind.

'I think we will have everything we need here. Tonight i will go have one last look for Harmony. there is a place she used to sometimes go... and tommoro we can begin your training.'

The next day dawns, and after Daniels morning prayer he begins to tidy up the old warehouse his loft overlooks.  It's not a formal training area, but it will function none the less, and it's away from the prying eye.  Both Daniel and David don't really want to be found by the Teks at this point.

Daniel will find a place to sit and meditate as he waits for David...

Daniels mind is chaotic at first, searching back through recent nights is difficult but slowly his mind clears.  After about an hour Daniel begins to remember the night before, the visions that crept along the gossamer web of dreams into his mind...

Daniels dream will not be what he was seeking. The universe has worse in store from him than the lack of nearby safe havens.

What Daniel sees is a disturbing storm over the shattered Monolith. He must be seeing a time shortly after his attack. He has the sensation of floating as he rushes through the smoke and into the belly of the beast.

What he sees is David Fury. The Akashic who recently agreed to train him. Only its not just one David, he sees six all strapped up to metallic umbilical cords and floating inside egg shaped glass bubbles.

Across from Davids bubbles are another Six, only these six are empty... What it all means could be anything. Daniel will be rudely torn from his dream and the floating sensation when he physically hits the floor.

As his senses shock him back into reality he may realize someone was just thrown across him, overturning his cot and sending him and his assailant into a heap on the floor.

When he opens his eyes a second man is standing, David Fury in all his tattoed, training gear glory, with blank eyes and faint steam coming from his nose...

Blue rolls off of Daniel and jumps to his feet. Hes shaken from the tremendous blow he recieved from David. He tracked Daniel to this location and something is very wrong if he cant sense David how he used to...

Blue stares David down, cracking his neck and slipping into a defensive pose. Hes outmatched against this Akashic and he knows it... Normally Blue would taunt, but this is no time for it.

'Daniel get the fuck up!'

Davids heavy kick glances off Blues chest staggering him back about a step. Davids flurry of movement wastes no intertia, he shifts his weight and brings his raised leg down in a brutal axe kick to Daniel.

Davids foot comes down heavily on Daniel but wont do any lasting Damage. The frustrated Akashic backs up a step and taunts both Daniel and Blue with one beconing hand.

As Daniel pushes himself up quickly off the floor he lets out a very surprised "Fuck!"

Jumping up and squaring in front of this battle hardened Akashic he glances over at Blue and as a quick offside comment...

"So are there one or six of you too..."

Heat quickly begins to radiate off of Daniels body, not enough to damage anyone, but ever since his ordeal at the White Rabbit he seems to radiate an inordinate amount of heat.  

Outside storm clouds have rapidly formed over Sanfield, those knowing what happens when Daniel gets agitated will know what this is, but it seems to be happening faster than normal.  The plate glass windows rattle with approaching thunder and Daniel, to put it lightly, looks pissed.

Crushing a small ampule of incensed oils Daniel will calmly but forcefully mutter what could only be a curse by the tone and sound of this language.  The Choristers Cross gleams in the light of the warehouse as Daniel then locks gazes with this...Thing.

Blue steps forward and swings a wild haymaker, there is a dulled sonic boom when his hand connects to Davids thick chest and Blue jumps like every bone in his body was jarred.

Normally that hit sends people flying, against David it might as well have been a slap.

Daniel will smirk as David turns towards him as Blue tumbles across the pavement, the stormclouds roil overhead, lightning begins to flash outside and a pattering of rain wets the windows.  Daniel will take up a defensive stance..

David doesnt care where Blue goes, or what he gets. Blue is a secondary target and less of a threat. David raises a meaty fist in a taunting motion as a trip of long, sabrelike metal blades sprout from beetween his knuckles. Ripping flesh and growing a full 12 inches long.

David lunges his claw at Daniels throat the air in front of him seeming to congeal like cement and catch the blades and the force of the hit. The potentially deadly blow halts mere inches from Daniels skin, Davids surging muscles straining against the kinetic shield.

 I love these situations. This is my element. I have a purpose here.

Smith knew they would welcome the clone, a weakness we have used before. They still are not aware of them all, but I am certain our other could very well be compromised should the deviants hear about this one.

I awaited outside the building, my gun in hand. Truth be told I wanted to see a HIT Mark in action. They are good, but when the tattooed freak started toward the gun....

I can not have the odds against out David, our Fury. He took too long to construct properly. I prepared for this contingency and it appears they are playing well into it. David and the priest are fighting while this guy is all alone and very near me, he doesn't even think to look as I draw my bead down on him.

Daniel will look straight into the angry eyes of this man who calls himself David.  Muttering to himself (recognizably so in Latin) Daniel will quietly chant his incantation to the One, calling upon His might, and His servants to drop this blasphemous thing to the ground.

The claws rake across Daniels arm, but its a glancing blow. Daniel will be left with three scratches but nothing more.

Watching the claws glance off Daniel will come as a shock as he seems to have overcome the damage dealt to him.  Raising an eyebrow Daniel will swap positions and swing a full on kick at David's stomach.

David catches the glancing blow. Even though his speech sounds like something a retarded toddler would say when angry his training is deeply embedded. He catches the leg and lunges straight out with his claws, digging them a full four inches into Daniels gut before dropping the leg and tearing his blades free with a spray of red.

Letting out no more than a grunt Daniel will take a few steps back, ignoring minor wounds is a small feat for those raised like himself.  Daniel will look at this crazed Akashic.  The training he has embedded in his body is clearly driving him as it seems the previous attack on him did indeed destroy some of his mental Faculties.

The storm outside has become a vicious maelstrom, thunder shakes the windows and lightning illuminates the two warriors through the plate glass windows of this warehouse.

Having little recourse, and knowing full well the effects of his actions, Daniel will crush another ampule of oil and cross the palm of his hand...
