History: Puttanesca was opened by Giuseppe Giovanni in 1953. Fleeing his homeland and his family, Giuseppe hoped to start a new life, free from machinations of his kin. Unfortunatly, some families are not so easily brushed off. They found him, dealt with him accordingly and took control of the restraunt.

Descrïption: Its located in the heart of Downtown, just a few steps away from the Theatre District. Puttanesca offers the most excellent Italian cuisine one can find, specializing in homemade pastas, and has the finest wine selection in Georgia. The original structure still stands; a cozy, brick-walled building, decorated with black and white photographs of deceased family members. Their is a grand piano and a house musician every night, 10pm-2am. In the back of the restraunt, set a step higher than the rest of the seating area and wedged into a nook that gives a full view of the room, is a private seating area reserved for Alessio [and Don Goergio].
