*Kira wanders through the campus and into the building that houses the cafeteria on the main floor, campus pub on the lower.  

A few groups sit down there having their noon time beer, yep they'll be gone by mid-semester.  Then there are the loners who prefer it down here to eat their lunch, read comics or play on their laptops. This is where Kira likes to eat, of course she wouldn't eat the shit food they serve so she grabs some take-out Chinese, real Chinese not crap, and sits quietly in a corner, assessing people around her.

She has her laptop and even a book on her table but touches neither, wanting to remain open, offering up polite smiles to those who look her way. She won't sink her hooks into anyone yet, see who might approach her and then focus on a few more.*
