Rape street isnt a formal name. its actually called Winter Ave. sounds charming until you see it.... the park used to sit around an elementary school. way back when... But now its an overgrown eyesore with a condemned building smack in the center. there is still old playground equipment. usually with rusty nails to snag your elbows and broken chains to catch your head. The school itself is a haven for the homeless and desperate. the street and park got its name a few years back when it seemed a serial rapist and a local gang were competing to see who could violate more young females than the other. The area is by no means safe now, but at least the serial rapist seems to have moved on.
