Alessio eyes the condemned building from the comfort of his car. The park around it is in a state of unimaginable squalor. It has some promise, if it is fixed up. It would cost quite a bit to do so, but the bums and junkies inhabiting the place offer their own rewards. Easy meat is easy meat. Even if it is dirty, its nothing a nice Recioto marinate couldn't fix.

Alessio exits the car, hoping to get a better view of his future property. A little investigation never hurt...

Reina watches the stranger as he inspects the park and the buildings. She sits very still, very quietly, in a shadow near the decrepit building. ((Cloak of Shadows))
Wonder what this guy wants,she thinks as she eyes him up and down. He looks too fucking rich and fancy for this part of town.

Alessio approaches the building, walking casually through the park. He can't see through the darkness exposed by the few unboarded openings, but he can hear things skittering around inside. This place is a blight. It would look so much nicer with tamed flora and a renovated structure... and an elegant Italian name. Under the shadows of the trees, he smiles smugly to himself.  

Reina ponders silently. Well, it doesn't look like he's trying to fuck with my shit. I think I'll leave him alone for now. But if he comes back, we'll have to have words.
She will stay in her shadowy corner until Alessio leaves, content to leave him alone if he leaves her alone.

Alessio supresses the urge to investigate the derlic building further. He has more business to attend to this evening.

... But he will most certainly be back.

She sighs with relief as Alessio gets in his car and leaves.
Glad that's over, then. Last thing I needed was to start some shit in this city.
