The conditions in the area in and immediately surrounding Rape Street Park will begin to degenerate back to their normal state as Reina's presence becomes more and more elusive.

Aware that due to her loss of temper she is now a walking, talking breach of the Masquerade, Reina becomes and unseen presence in the park, only flittingly seen here and there, never talking to anyone and keeping to the shadows or staying underground as much as possible.
