There are relief workers who come in and distribute supplies as well as Red Cross agents. The traffic at night is loud and rarely does anyone here receive a full night’s sleep. Certain areas seem to be taken by groups or racial types but crime and theft are common especially after anyone who is employed leaves for work. Prostitutes and drug addicts abound as the people here feel the world has left them behind. The mentally unstable are found here in abundance as well having been rousted by their families, no jobs, and no ability to hold one down.
