Usually in ill fitting clothes and a back pack. His black hair is cropped short and he is ever watchful. Spends his time roaming the city and putting up graffiti ( expression 3). These he uses as markers and imbues them with subtle mind messages that others have a possibility of getting when touching them.

Kovacs has no real home at this point as he is homeless and basically a lost street kid. He is mostly awake during the night and roams the city riding the bus and scoping the areas around him. When he does sleep he finds somewhere that is highly unlikely anyone would disturb him there he would set up a rote with mind and correspondence to inmbue his danger sense as kind of a proximity meter. Then do his best to get soem sleep. Usually smokes some pot and does some writting in his map and note book of the city. He also will sometimes break into peoples house and do the same but take some clothes  and any loose cash they have laying around but will also clean the place up some and try to leave it looking better then when he got there. he will spend many days scouting these houses to insure that the residents are at work ect. That they are never home within a certain set of hours. He wonders the areas of homeless and drug use . He uses mind magic and prime to give himself a general feel for the people he deals with before he even makes first contact.

Not sure if this flies as a haven like write up but it is the best a homeless kid has. Hope it is worth some XP

Name: Sticky Eddie

Appearance: Sticky Eddie is pretty much what youd expect for a guy who runs and spends the majority of his time at the Sin Bin. He is real thin with sickly white skin and yellowed eyes. He typically dresses in outlandish fetish outfits. The most notable thing about Eddie is his face, it looks like someone tried to melt him with battery acid. His eyes are sunken and have extensive scarring on the edges, his nostrils are enlarged as if some of the flesh fell away, his lips are thin and usually cracked and sore, his skin has deep pits like someone dug out bite sized pieces of epidermis from it.
