The car arrives back home about an hour after the girls and thralls left.. but with new company this time.. Lydia hops out and waits for the other two

*There had been some idle chit chat, she likes to tell stories to those who'll listen so she tells the girls all about her job, the odd bones that were found, ghosts she's encountered, people with odd gifts she's talked to. When she steps out of the vehicle she gasps, looking bout with wide eyes* oooh my, this is very impressive, do you two live here? Lucky lucky *She shakes her head slowly, continuing to gaze about with popping eyes*

The girls broke the rules already. Carter will not be pleased. When he sees the girl from the radio hop out of the car, no blindfold, no bonds... They have failed him. They have revealed Carters haven to a mortal with the ability to reveal them all.

This is not how the game was to be played, and now Carter must play damage control. He motions to his ghouls, they will be sealing the gate and watching the perimeter.

This Lenor can never leave Screaming Willows, at least not with her mind and tongue intact... It is too much of a risk. One does not live centuries without learning what risks are worthwhile. Even the mad know stupidity when they see it.

The girls will get a far different lesson than they were banking on tonight. Carter stands in the doorway while two of his black suited ghouls come down to the car. They are both carrying submachineguns in case Lenor tries to run.

'You, Cell-phone, Pda, wallet and any weapons. Put them on the ground, slowly.'

The ghouls mean buisness, one even raises his weapon.

Carter stands off behind everyone with his arms crossed over his chest, madness in his eyes and a look of pure anger on his face.

*This is rather startling, she blinks at the men and slowly she withdrawls her cell phone and even slower her small handgun from the shoulder holster* Easy guys, Wasn't I invited here? I mean no harm *She frowns eyes darting to these women whom she'd trusted, slowly she lowers these items, then steps back with her hands up, palms out, she then winces and remembers one more item, she reaches in and pulls out her digital camera, she tosses it towards her gun and cell phone* Happy now?

Lydia immediately noticed her father's look... and she kind of curls into herself... she knows she messed up.. she forgot what he had said... caught up in the excitement of it all...

She hangs her head in shame, not for Lenor, but at disappointing her father...

Luna gets out of the car last. She already knew they fucked up, the blindfold and gag were in her hands. She sighs, she didn't want Lenor to be mutilated or driven crazy. She was more disappointed in herself then in the fact she had disappointed father. She didn't forget, but the excitement was so much. She shakes her head, looking to Lydia and then to Lenor.

One ghoul stoops nad picks up all Lenors items. He passes them into the car to the driver who heads off leaving the three girls and two ghouls standing in front of the Estate.

All her personal effects will be disposed of in the lake within an hour. Anyone capable of tracing her phone will find it unpowered as the ghoul disassembles it in the car.

Carter looks down at them for what will seem like a small eternity before he turns and steps back inside. The door is open, and they would be wise to not keep him waiting...

Lydia took the cue... as she assumed her sister would... she takes one of Lenor's arms, waiting for Luna to grab the other before leading them inside...

Maybe she hasn't been dead long enough.. maybe she's just weak willed.. but for a split second, she feels remorse for Lenor... She almost considers letting her go and telling her to run.. but she knows the girl would never make it out... so she toughens up and lifts her chin, not even glancing at Lenor, as she leads her in and to their waiting father..

Luna takes the other arm. She could whisper soothing words to her, but it would do little good. She doesn't look to Lenor, not even to mouth an I'm sorry.

*She moves inside, scowling lightly* Anyone going to tell me what's going on? *She looks at both the girls a bit pleading, this is..a little scary..*

"Shush now," she says to Lenor, giving her a slightly apologetic look.
"You forgot to knock her out or whatever," she says in a harsh whisper to her sister, in their own language. To Lenor this'll sound like jibber jabber.

Inside the parlor Carter is waiting before the roaring fireplace. He casts dramatic shadows around the darkened room. The air itself seems stifling, as if the entire room is closing in on them.

'You will have to excuse my children. They did not follow the rules so your evening here, Miss Valdiva, is going to become considerably less pleasant than it was intended to be.'

The heavy front doors close behind the three of them with a loud bang, sealing them all inside the house like a tomb.

huh? *She stops, or tries to* Hey, I just came here to have some questions answered. I'm not looking for any trouble. *Her cheek twitches as she tries to smile*

When Lydai was spoken to, she responded even more harshly, in their tongue...

"Its not like you remembered either, sister! The blame in no way falls on me solely!"

And then she fell silent as the door slammed behind them... she still hasn't glanced at Lenor.. she must stay strong in this... she failed.. she must deal with the consequences...

But she does let go of Lenor's arm.. the girl can't go anywhere now... her hands fold in front of her, and her eyes lock on Carter, no words.

She just scrunches her nose up at her sister. Now is not the time for childish squabbles over blame. She drops her hand from Lenor, finding anything to look at...anything BUT her. Father will never let them play this game again. Fuck!

'I know all about what you were looking for Lenor.'

Carter advances on the arm locked trio, odd shadows falling over his murderous face with the fire behind him.

'But you have already seen too much.'

Killing her would be so much easier, but he will use this to teach the girls. They may need to survive without him someday...

'Girls, i want her bound, gagged and left in the cell under the barn. Make sure she is locked up good and tight, then meet me back here. If she gives you any trouble, any trouble at all i will kill her myself.'

Lydia simply nods

"As you wish, father."

And she once more grabs the girl's arm.

"Do you want us to bind her here and then take her down, or take her down first and then do ask you asked?"


If she were still breathing, she would breath a sigh of relief at this moment.. but instead she wears a blank mask....

If her father wanted the girl dead, he would do it himself or have them do it right now.. So at least the girl gets to live.. For now.

As Lydia waits fro Father's responce, Luna leave to gather zip ties, rope, chains, duct tape and whatever else she could manage to carry. She staggers a bit, having trouble seeing over ther arms full of things. She doubts that Lenor could escape in the short amount of time it takes from go to one room from the next.
She returns, shutting the door with her foot. She drops a few things and winces at the clammor. She stills herself, but when she gets no backlash, she just carefully lays things down. She turns her gaze toward Lenor.

*She gives a small nervous laughter, surely they must joking, but with Luna moving as fast as she did, with seeing all the bonds, she lets out a small scream, it makes little noise due to the fact the she's not breathing* no nonononono, please *Breathlessly she looks to the man, fear pales her face, her eyes wide* I won't tell, I won't tell anyone what I know *But what does she know? It makes this moment that much more desperate, she has no idea what it is that she knows too much of already*

In a flash one cold hand with a vicelike grip will catch Lenors jaw in a painful pinch.

'If you insist on begging i will cut out your tongue.'

Carter will be the manifestation of all Lenors worst nightmares. Her notions of a romantic vampire will not be found here. What stands before her is a predator, a sociopath who cares only for his own survival. As minor a threat as Lenor really is, she might as well carry the rising sun in her belly...

'Bind her here, now.'

Carter says, his mad, soulless eyes leaving Lenors face and going to each of his daughters.
