Purchased by Rah'shid Ajhar to expand his business, these factories have been renovated and are now filled with machines making various parts for his experimentation with doors, as well as some other things he is working on with the expanding business.  Inside there are cameras everywhere to make sure that the entire place is watched.  Like his store downtown, his office is protected by a door and shielded with bullet proof glass.  Oddly, no people work here other than Rah'shid himself, after becoming a bit paronoid after the incident at his store.

The building is protected from scrying, those who attempt to see inside the building only see an empty wearhouse.  Weapons, upon entering the building, are nullified in a way that renders them useless.  Bullet casings are made out of inferior metal, springs break, knives are crumpled as if they were made of thin aluminum, chains become inferior in metal and break under stress. Any mage entering the building is noted and their presence is sent to Rah'shid's phone in a text message.
