Severo clears a path for Alessio to enter the club. Even on a weeknight, the place has heavy foot traffic. Just as he expected, a lucrative business, a worthy investment.

He approaches the bar, flagging down the bartender with a sharp stare and waving hundred dollar bill.

"What can I get ya?" the bartender asks, grinning at Alessio.

"I need to speak with Mister Archer..."

*Devin had been a little busy the previous night and was still tied up so it took at least 45 minutes for him to get to the club from where he'd been. Of course he made no apologies to the man, merely approached him as the bartender nodded to him.*

Evening, I'm Devin Archer, how can I help you? *The man is pretty massive, all muscle and is definitely not a business type so he must have a backer.*

Alessio glances around at the crowd, smirking.

"Can we speak somewhere more private?"

*A frown moves across Devin's lips as he studies the man who seems out of place.* That would depend on who you are and why you're here.

"My name is Alessio Giovanni..."

Reaching into his pocket, he produces a business card, bone white with grey embossed lettering.

"I represent Gruppo Banco Leonardo. I was looking to talk business..."

He lets his words trail off, staring the man dead in the eyes, waiting for him to blink.

*He may be stupid but he isn't that stupid. As soon as the man says his name Devin gets more guarded and glances to the bouncer as if debating having the man removed. He pockets the card.*

With me. *It's like a command as he turns and heads up the spiral staircase and into the office. Once there he will close the door behind them.* What is it you want? We are established on our own without need of anyone else.

*He knows Bellisa has referred to the Giovanni as corpse fuckers before and doubts she's likely to take this man up on an offer once she comes to. He will however be as civil as he can manage and take the offer to her, just in case.*

Severo flanks Alessio as they are shown to the office. He senses trouble, his eyes darting back and forth, watching everything, his muscles tensing and releasing in quick precession, but Alessio seems cool, calm, in-control.

"Oh yes, you seem to be doing splendidly..."

Alessio recites a list of numbers, seemingly off the top of his head. Profit margins, overhead, annual growth percentages, all the financial data of the club.

"... now think if all of that way tripled. What would your powerful benefactor say to that?"

*Devin eyes the bodyguard or whatever Severo is but dismisses him soon after. He will not touch Alessio, merely talk to him. He is unimpressed by the reciting of their finances, he was taught to almost always look unimpressed though.*

What do you think you know about my benefactor? *A faint snort and looks almost amused that the man thinks he knows something.* And what makes you think that my benefactor would want to make any kind of deal with your kind?

Alessio smiles at the man.

"Oh, I know nothing at all. Tell me, who is your benifactors?

*Devin stares at the man, it's hard to tell if he's at all changed because he registers so low emotionally in a normal situation. It is rather sad Alessio having to use his tricks but it is the Giovanni way. Devin would have provided the information without the tricks because he was never told to hide it.*

Bellisa Damita. *His answer is simple.*

"Well then, tell Miss Damita that we are interested in helping her business prosper. We'll be in touch."

With that, Alessio turns his back on the man and exits the office. Severo flanks him, wary of trouble.

*Devin nods once, not a word about where Bellisa is or what she is/isn't doing right now. Of course he'd tell her about the visit, again without having to be told.

Later he'd think that Alessio is about as dumb as Devin himself.*
