Solomon whirls around to face his accuser.

"Excuse me sir, but when did I insult your friend? I have no recollection of showing affront to anyone. This is a serious denouncement of my character."

Taking a closer look Chris said, "Ah it wasn't you then.
You were only rude here then. Twice now.

I'm sorry for saying you bothered my friend you're just wearing the same type of clothes and acting rude in the same way. My mistake.

So would it be all right with you if I actually got an answer from this gentleman now or do you wish to continue interrupting?"

*She grinned and gave Henk a wink before sauntering off to the back, now following her nose, minutes later, missing the small conflict between Chris and Solomon, she finds a her favorite seat, a nice large cushy chair with a throw pillow, she places her cup of coffee on the end table and curls up, nibbling her dark lower lip as she starts from the middle of the book, obviously picking up from a point she read to earlier, she's quiet now, in her own little world of vampire lore, imagination sets itself free as she pictures herself the willing victim, a small but dark smile touches her lips, and darkens her green eyes*

Henk looks at the 2 customers arguing over who gets to get helped first. "Easy there guys. We'll all get helped in time." Henk then turns to Chris. "That's quite a long list. I'm pretty sure a fair chunk of those scattered around the shop. I'm sure you can find them if you wish." Henk then turns to Solomon. "I believe there are some meditation books in the 'health care' or 'sports' section. I know.. Odd place to find meditation books, but they are classed under sport due to the sport tips found in them. How to relax and such."

Chris turned to the store owner and said, "Thank you," then went in search of the books.

Solomon pauses for a moment, looking at the man intently.

"I do not know what kinda of man goes about spouting false accusations and then withdrawing them as if they mean nothing, but it is most disrespectful. I have already apologized to you for my mistake earlier, but do not think that this  villanous attack on my integrity will go unforgotten!"

Solomon brisky exits the building, cursing under his breath about the lack of manners so common in this modern world.

Chris was able to find all the books he was looking for and it was a big haul even with most of them being paperback editions.

Chris brought them up to the cash desk to pay for them and would call a cab when he was done.

*She simply watches the exchange with mild interest, brows creased in confusion, she pouts as Solomon leaves, blinks a touch and looks to Chris, her pout turns to a frown, she calls over to him with her sultry voice* What was that about? I haven't seen a skirmish like that in some time.

(Davey, please respond to Solomons aura scan, he succeeded...)

My mood is a little ticked off. I have no taint to speak of, I'm awakened, and a Verbena.

Chris looked over to to the lady and said, "Pardon?
Oh that? He interrupted when I was speaking. I called him on it. He looked very close to someone who insulted a new friend of mine today, so I ask him if he made it a habit. When he showed me he wasn't then I appologized for that part but asked him to stop interrupting.

Nothing to it really. Not like a fist fight or something....

*She chuckles softly and nods* You sound like a good guy, though the other guy sounded sorry, you don't believe in forgiveness? *She smiles softly and sips at her coffee, she does seem to think she's heard his voice before, but says nothing of it, she's been wrong before, and that's just embarrassing. She looks over his books and chuckles lightly* You have good taste.
