The following Clans are underpopulated or have a ridiculously high turn over rate:
-Brujah.
-Nosferatu.
-Toreador.
-Ventrue.

Characters from those four clans are the most 'needed' at this time.

The following clans are closed for now:
-Gangrel.
-Giovanni.
-Followers of Set.

The following clans are more restricted, but still open if you can impress us:
-Malkavian.
-Tremere.

The following clans are by invitation only or banned.
-Ravnos.
-Assamite.
-All Sabbat clans.
