Ordinary apartment complex set on a corner block. Every city has them and this one is no different. The main entrance is on a semi-busy intersection, with two elevators in the small lobby, where a small office is found with one (or two) security guards that watch the tv more than the level monitors. Stairs are located at the ends of hallways and are the recommended way to get to floors, as there's usually one of the elevators out of order, and there's fire escapes towards the back alley. The apartments are for the (average)working population and have a decent reputation unlike the lower class area, and people don't mind paying that bit extra for their peace of mind.
