There isn't much known about the new resident that moves in over the weekend, and what is known about her is between herself and whoever owns (or sold) the apartment. New furniture, still wrapped in plastic from the store is carried up the stairs or via one of the working elevators by several delivery men. Its all done in a day but, as with any new arrivals, its an inconvenience for those that already live here as the stairwells, hallways and elevators are temporarily congested.

At the end of it all, a woman, not any older than her mid-twenties, with a lean and solid build hands a decent tip to the delivery men as they leave her at the apartment door. She's all angles, high cheek bones, rather regal if one comes to think on it, or lean in that hungry way. Her extraordinary hair is what grabs most attention, pure white-blond, a rare natural colour these days, is woven into cornrows and falls to (at least) the bottom of her backside. Such hair is gathered at the base of her neck and falls like a rope down her back. Maybe she's a gangster? The diagonal scar down the side of her right cheek certainly could indicate a rough passage of life, so far, and mars the indication that she was once better looking.

In any which case, she's not seen frequently. No one will come to visit her in the first week here, and there's never loud television (if its on at all) or music from her apartment. She seems to be one of those hermits and comes and goes at odd hours of the day.
