Sometimes, things got...confusing.
When they did, she needed a place to sit and think.
Where better than here, in the church, where its quiet, no one bothers her.
She wasn't thinking about her future, because she wasn't sure she even had one.  
Her past...didn't bear thinking of.  Except perhaps the far distant past of childhood.  
That does bring back another memory...something a bit more recent.  Something which...oddly enough, could be an answer.  The only question is, could it work?
