This is the list of Vampire NPC's with a short physical descrïption and quick note of importance for each. No stats or anything will be revealed here.

Thomas Arturo.
Clan: Toreador.

Descrïption: Thomas is a gentlemanly architect who is never seen in anything but a tasteful business suit and his cosmetic glasses. He has short brown hair and a smile that can sell bridges to desert dwellers.

Notes of importance: Thomas is what Kindred consider a Harpy. He knows everyone and his approval can go a long way amongst the Toreador. Thomas was recently promoted to Primogen...

Qadiral Al-Asmai.
Clan: Toreador.

Descrïption: Qadiral looks like a sultan. He has wavy black hair and a striking face. He has a goatee and a wide cruel mouth. His eyes are suspicious and his body is strong. He always wears expensive suits and a swiss watch even when doing grunt work.

Notes of Importance: Qadiral is the sheriff and everyone knows he is more than physically capable as he rarely uses deputies or his scourge...

The Sheriff has met his final Death at the hands of a Sabbat Templar.

Paige Bell.
Clan: Brujah.

Descrïption: Paige is a young woman with short dark hair. She is very athletic and dresses in dark colors with functionality coming far before fashion.

Notes of Importance: Paige is the scourge and known for her shooting abilities.

Donny Ramiro.
Clan: Brujah.

Desription: Whatever Donnie lacks in height he more than makes up for in hair. He has an absurd orange mohawk nearly 18 inches tall. He looks to be in his mid 20's and always dresses in spiked leathers and heavy boots.

Notes of importance: He puts on a good show of being independent but usually follows Slater's lead. Donny is a member of the Dead Punks.

Matthew Slater.
Clan: Toreador.

Descrïption: Matthew is another punk throwback with a short blue mohawk and way too many piercings. He is muscular and tall with an urban primitive/punk hybrid look to him.

Notes of importance: Slater is more or less the leader of his small coiterie: The Dead Punks.

Slater is Now a PC!

Gordon Freemason
Clan: Malkavian.

Descrïption: Gordon is an unpredictable and dangerous kindred. He is strongly built with a bald head, yellowed eyes, faded tattoos and a thing for leather.

Notes of Importance: Gordon is a member of the Dead Punks but there is no middle ground for him. He is either completely Gung-ho or totally absent.

Teddy Simons.
Clan: Brujah.

Descrïption: Teddy is a noisy, petite girl who looksl ike shes in her late teens. She has spiky green hair, wild eyes and a thing for pairing combat boots with babydoll dresses.

Notes of importance: Teddy is the baby of the Dead Punks by nature if not by age as well. She is capable on her own but usually gets the other three to fight her battles for her.

Teddy is now a PC!

"The Black Dahlia"
Clan: Toreador.

Descrïption: Dahlia, as she calls herself is a stunning raven haired beauty. She dresses like she belongs in a 1920's gangster film and has a sultry voice to match.

Notes of importance: She plays herself up as important to the new faces, but most of her clan know she is nothing but  talentless poseur, as pretty as she is.

Carter Vanderweyden.
Clan: Malkavian.

Descrïption: Carter is a tall man who looks to be in his early 30's. He has unruly dirty blond hair and a strong face. He exudes an air of intelligence and calm.

Notes of importance: Carter is the current Prince of Sanfield Rock.

"Marlena" (Elizabeth Horsmanden).
Clan: Brujah.

Descrïption: Marlena, as she insists to be called is an intense woman. She wears an eye patch over her left eye and her right is discolored and looks constantly bloodshot. She has a very world weary look about her with thick black hair and an athletic body. She never wears makeup and has a beaten down youthful appearance.

Notes of Importance: Marlena is a bit of a prodigy. She is oddly respected amongst the Brujah and has recently sired a childe: Tayshawn Kearns. Marlena also currently represents her clan on the primogen council.  

Marlena met her final death at the hands of the Sabbat Pack Eye of the Storm.

Clan: Brujah.

Descrïption: Tayshawn was a young man when he was embraced. He still dresses and emulates his sometimes annoying street culture. He is young, tall and thin. He is usually seen in jerseys, long shorts and basketball shoes. He also has a gold tooth with a Mercedes symbol on it...

Notes of Importance: Tayshawn is the sheltered Childe of Marlena for reasons unknown.

Tayshawn met his final death at the hands of the Sabbat pack Eye of the Storm.

Tommy Jones.
Clan: Toreador.

Descrïption: Tommy is a young clubber with a new addiction. He dresses in tasteless but expensive clothes. He has old track marks on his heavily tatooed arms, choppy hair and ever present sunglasses.

Notes of Importance: Tommy is a known head. He usually has enough drugs on him to kill an elephant and he is always looking for mortals to dope up and feed from.

Sasha Moreau.
Clan: Ventrue.

Descrïption: A young looking all business bitch. Sasha has short black hair, intense eyes and a petite frame. She is always in a suit, chain smoking or on her cellphone.

Notes of importance: Sasha is a big wig for a telecommunications firm. Sasha also is the ventrue's Primogen.
