The Heights is more a slang term for this area. Its also called Uptown, the estates. The Heights are where the wealth of the city goes home at night. This area is the best policed and well maintained. The outskirts of the area have all the old estates some dating back to the civil war, others from 'New Money' families.

There are a few luxury apartment buildings and gated communities clustered together as well as the high end businesses and the Lucky Star hotel and casino.
