Screaming Willows.

General Location:  Southeast of the Heights.

View from Outside:
The screaming willows estate rivals the Tremere Chantry in size. It sits on about fifty acres of decrepid orchard and farmland. It is surrounded by a well maintained stone wall with black iron spear tips around the entire property.  There is a heavy gate controlled from the main house and by a guard booth in front. There is always a man in a suit in the front guardbooth to manage traffic.
Entering the gate feels like stepping into a different place. Malkavians have inhabited this place since the civil war… malkavians with odd tastes and undeniable derangements.  The buildings of the estate are shielded by the orchards. Row after row of twisted trees would ensure a maze if you were on foot. There is a path for cars, but you would swear it loops back around on itself a half dozen times before leading you to the plantation style buildings.
Around the massive plantation house are a few interesting features. The first of which is a large barn that looks about ready to fall over. It doesn’t see much use, at least not anything its builder ever intended it for. The barn houses an old slaves quarters underneath. It is partially collapsed but the remaining rooms are outfitted with heavy chains and reinforced cages…
Behind the plantation house is a proper labrynthe. Hedges and gardens trimmed into a large maze where one could get lost for hours.
Off to the opposite side from the barn is a small graveyard. It looks like any old family cemetery with the marked difference that some graves can look very fresh…
Behind the plantation are the old fields. No longer worked they are overgrown, with scattered trees and tall grass.  The scattered trees are the screaming willows that give this place its name. It’s a running joke as more than a dozen victims have made a break for those sheltering trees, only to meet a bloody end underneathe them…

Inside:
Prince Carter and His twin Children Luna and Lydia reside in the Plantation home itself most of their nights.  The house is white with a pillared front and large porches on all three floors to look down over the estate.  The place has been stripped of most mortal needs and been replaced to suit its undead inhabitants.  The basement houses both a deep well and a bomb shelter that can easily double as a sun and fire proof panic room.
The main floor is mostly idle sitting rooms and parlors. Over the massive fireplace in the main room is a family portrait. Carter stands behind the twins who are all dolled up on the night of their deaths.  The house is full of old polished hardwood and antique furniture. Grandfather clocks watch every room and hallway, some easily large enough for the girls to hide inside.  The walls are lined with paintings, every corner has a sculpture. The vast majority were created by the twins during their 12 years in seclusion here.
The upper floors are private. Even the ghouls who patrol and protect know not to go there. Carter has a habit of chopping off hands when his orders are disobeyed. The second floor is the girls. They have a private parlor as well as private bedrooms and bathrooms. Its rare for them to actually separate for their daytime slumber, but they do have the option.
The top floor is Carters private area. Also divided into two wings. Only the twins are allowed up, and even then they are barred from the East wing.

Security:
There are well hidden cameras all over the property.  The mazes are disorienting and nothing is well lit. Carters ghouls patrol the grounds and watch the cameras. There are five of them, well fed and well trained. There are no butlers or mortal servants. Carter values his privacy.
The grandfather clocks are actually secret doors. They lead into the space beetween the walls to serve as a secret passage and quick way around the house unseen. Naturally the twins use these far more than Carter...
There are two groups of dogs. German shepards who live in the barn and wander the property. They are unghouled but very loyal and protective.
